John has been a Therapist in the state of Colorado and a Therapy provider for The Clarity Group in Castle Pines, CO. John has also been an entrepreneurial leader who is a consultant. He is the past founder and president of an educational endeavor. He has nearly 30 years of experience in leadership roles within the non-profit sector, the last 7.5 years as a president/CEO. As a professional consultant he focuses specifically on mission critical areas: vision, mission, strategic objectives, core values and outcomes for greater organizational alignment. During his career, he has consulted, coached and counseled thousands of people in the areas of leadership, staffing, non-profit management, relationships, family interactions, and organizational dynamics. He is an expert in conflict analysis and resolution within relationships and organizations, a seasoned professional public speaker, an accomplished organizational trainer, and a trained facilitator and negotiator. He is presently an adjunct instructor at Southern New Hampshire University.
